Please take note of the following shipping policy for orders placed on Mikashi.in:

Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation requests are not accepted once the order has been shipped. In certain cases, our team may consider cancel requests, subject to conditions such as logistics charges (both delivery and reverse pickup) and a 2% processing fee of the order amount. This is contingent upon product validation, the return of all accessories, proper packaging, and the integrity of free gifts. Quality control will be conducted in our warehouse after the Return to Origin (RTO) process, and the refund will be initiated after deductions are accepted by the buyer. If the cancellation reason is deemed as not needed, not fitting in the room, or a change of mind, a 10% cancellation charge plus a 2% payment processing fee will apply upon review and approval by our team through email.

Refund Duration:
When an order is canceled, it may take about 5-7 working days, excluding factors such as strikes, lockouts, terrorism, government orders, embargoes, natural disasters, and force majeure events, for the product to return to our warehouse. After the product is received in reasonable wear and tear condition, along with accessories and free gifts, if any, the refund will be initiated. It takes 3 working days to process the refund, and once processed, it might take 7-10 working days for the eligible amount to be refunded to the original payment source. If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, customers are advised to contact us with ARN/RRN numbers and then contact their respective bank. Refunds can only be made to the original mode of payment used for the order.

Returns & Refund Process:
Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned, even in unopened condition. If a wrong or damaged product is received, customers should contact our Customer Service team at info@mikashi.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Confirmation and Deducted Money:

Shipping Information:
We deliver to major cities, and the estimated delivery time varies from 3-10 working days, excluding factors such as strikes, lockouts, terrorism, government orders, embargoes, natural disasters, and force majeure events. Our authorized service agent will open and install the package. If the product is installed by an unauthorized person, the warranty will not be applicable, and the company will not be liable for any transit damages.
